Transfer card data between companies
Nexus can transfer produced or activated cards from one company to another. The cards must then be ordered from the new company. All card data is transferred into the ID06 order portal and the cards must be confirmed at checkout when ordering. To enable transfer of the cards, both companies and you, as the orderer, must be registered at Nexus.
You find the transferred cards in the Nexus ID06 order portal under the tab Confirm orders. From here, you can change order information, delete or add cards, and complete the order at checkout.
You must provide the information listed below to Nexus to transfer cards and card data from one company to another. Send the information to id06@nexusgroup.com:
- Company name and organization number of the company that you want to transfer cards from.
- Company name and organization number of the company that you want to transfer cards to.
- E-mail address to the person at the company who will confirm the order at checkout.
- A confirmation that you approve the cost for the service of 495 SEK per company.
