Important notes on this release
Minimum supported Android SDK is now 21 (5.0).
Implementations might need to be adapted due to new profile setup in the SDK. ProvisionedProfile is now the common interface for stored OTP and push profiles. The new profiles PushProfileRequest and OtpProfileRequest are used during provisioning.
