This article describes troubleshooting when adding a web resource in Smart ID Digital Access component that requires SNI (Server Name Indication).
The following error message may show up in the Access Point system log if SNI is not enabled:
To resolve this:
- Configure the web resource to use the DNS name the service is known as.
- Enable Send Server Name Indication on the web resource host on the Advanced settings tab.
