This article describes how an operator deletes a mobile ID in Smart ID Identity Manager. This use case is disabled by default. To enable it, see here: Enable the Delete Mobile ID use case

Step-by-step instruction for the operator

  1. Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
  1. Go to the SEARCH page and select Mobile ID from the drop-down list.
  2. Select the mobile ID that shall be deleted.

  3. Click Delete mobile ID.

    To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.

  4. Click Next and the mobile ID is deleted.

To cancel the process:

  • Click Cancel to close the process.
  • Click Next to proceed with the process.
