This article describes how an operator deletes a virtual smart card in Smart ID Identity Manager. This use case is disabled by default. To enable it, see here: Enable the Delete virtual smart card use case.

- The virtual smart card can be in any state
Step-by-step instruction for the operator
Log in to Identity Manager Operator
- Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
Delete virtual smart card
- Go to the SEARCH page and select Virtual smart card from the drop-down list.
Select the virtual smart card that shall be deleted.
Click Delete virtual smart card.
Click Next and the virtual smart card is deleted.
Cancel the process
To cancel the process:
- Click Cancel to close the process.
- Click Next to proceed with the process.
