This article describes how an operator edits a card for a user in the Cards package in Smart ID Identity Manager. 

This use case is disabled by default. To enable it, see Enable the Edit card use case.

Prerequisites

Step-by-step instruction for the operator

  1. Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
  1. Go to the SEARCH page.
  2. Select Card from the drop-down menu and click Search.
  3. Select the card you want to edit in the list, and click Edit card.

    To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.

  4. Make the changes you want to do, for example title and/or organization.
  5. Click Next to save the changes for the card.

To cancel the process:

  • Click Cancel to close the process.
  • Click Next to proceed with the process.
