Identity Manager clients

Smart ID Identity Manager is used by operators and end users via the following client-side programs, each with a comfortable user interface.

Identity Manager Operator

Identity Manager Operator has an easy-to-use web interface where the operator can manage identities, cards and credentials; and run predefined queries, reports, filters and statistics. 

Smart ID Self-Service

Smart ID Self-Service is an easy-to-use interface for end-users, through an HTML5 client. Smart ID Self-Service allows end-users, for example employees or visitors, to do simple tasks themselves. Example of tasks are to request or lock a card, change PIN, and request a new password. 

Identity Manager Admin

Identity Manager Admin is where a system administrator uploads configurations and configures Identity Manager modules and functionalities, for example layouts, encodings, users, roles, and forms.

Identity Manager Tenant

Identity Manager Tenant is the user interface to create and manage tenants. It allows data, users, logbooks and peripherals to be kept completely separate from other tenants in the system.
