If an employee or external card is lost or stolen, the card can be locked, either in PRIME Self-Service or PRIME Explorer. 

Standard workflow

1Self-service userLogs in to PRIME Self-Service and selects Lock card.

Person contacts Registration officer or Helpdesk, who browses for the person in PRIME Explorer and selects Lock card.

2PRIMELocks the card, exports the card data to the PACS system.-

4Person-Receives information mail.
