Nexus GO Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions of use (”Terms of Use”) apply to the online customer portal made available by Technology Nexus Secured Business Solutions AB, Reg. No. 556258-0414, Sweden also representing its affiliated companies within the Nexus group (“Nexus”) at go.nexusgroup.com (”Nexus GO”), and any mobile applications (“Apps”) used to reach Nexus GO or any Services (as defined below). For certain Services additional terms may apply.
2. About Nexus GO and services
Nexus makes different services available through Nexus GO, some services are free of charge, some are subject to payment and some require separate agreements (the “Services”).
3. Registration and acceptance of terms
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to legally bind the company or organization that you represent (the “Entity”) to these Terms of Use.
You acknowledge that these Terms of Use apply to both you personally and to your Entity and that any non-compliance with them shall be considered to be a breach by both you and/or the Entity, as the case may be and that the Entity is responsible for any breach by you.
4. Information
Important information regarding Nexus GO and the Services will primarily be provided through the website www.nexusgroup.com. Nexus may also send such information to your registered email address.
5. Access to Nexus GO
You are granted access to Nexus GO by registration in accordance with instructions provided at Nexus GO.
Each Entity shall register one user as an administrator. The administrator will be in charge of service authorizations for the Entity’s other users. The Entity may register more than one user as administrator and may at any time change administrator(s).
You are responsible for all use of your Nexus GO account. You shall make sure that your username, any device containing Nexus Apps and any one time SMS-passwords are kept confidential and secure. In case your username, device containing Nexus Apps and/or SMS-passwords are lost or stolen, or in case of suspected unauthorized access to Nexus GO, you shall immediately notify Nexus. You shall immediately notify Nexus if you lose a device where Nexus Apps are installed or if you change your phone number.
6. Improvements and updates
In order to provide the best possible experience for users, Nexus continuously works to improve Nexus GO, the Services and Nexus Apps. You and the Entity accept that the format and character of Nexus GO, the Services and Nexus Apps may change from time to time.
7. Term and termination
Nexus may, with immediate effect and without any right to compensation for you or the Entity, suspend your access to Nexus GO and/or terminate your Nexus GO account at any time, including in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorized use of Nexus GO or non-compliance with these Terms of Use. If Nexus, the Entity or you terminates your account, or if Nexus suspends your access to Nexus GO, you agree that Nexus shall have no liability or responsibility to you. 8. Disclaimer
Nexus GO is made available “as is” without any kind of express or implied warranties, whether in relation to availability, absence of defects or otherwise. You and the Entity acknowledge that Nexus GO may contain defects or be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, temporary interruptions or for other reasons. You are not, and nor is the Entity, entitled to any compensation or other contractual or legal remedies in case of any downtime, interruptions or other limitation in the availability of Nexus GO.
Nexus specifically does not control limitations in access to or use of Nexus GO being limited due to faults or problems relating to the Internet, computers or other units, networks, electronics or communications.
Nexus is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of materials and information provided on and through Nexus GO.
9. Limitation of liability
Nexus, its subsidiaries or employees, shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by you, the Entity, or any other party as a consequence of the use of Nexus GO, the Apps or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms of Use removes or limits Nexus’ liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by Nexus’ negligence.
10. Fees and payment
Access to Nexus GO is free of charge. Fees for Services shall be payable in accordance with the terms for each Service.

12. Intellectual property rights
Nexus is the owner or license holder of all right, title and ownership in and to the services, materials and documentation that Nexus makes available on Nexus GO. Your agreement with Nexus does not in any way entail a license to or transfer of title or any other intellectual property rights to the contents of Nexus GO or to the services provided through Nexus GO. You may not make changes to the code.

Nexus processes personal data in accordance with Nexus’ Privacy Policy for Nexus GO, available here.
14. Amendments of these Terms of Use
Nexus reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Information of any such amendment will be posted on Nexus GO. Your continued use of Nexus GO after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the amended Terms of Use.
15. Assignment
Nexus is entitled to, without your or the Entity’s prior consent, assign Nexus’ rights, claims and obligations pursuant to these Terms of Use to another company within the same company group or to a third party who may be reasonably expected to fulfil its obligations pursuant to these Terms of Use in a satisfactory manner. You and the Entity are only entitled to assign your rights and obligations pursuant to these Terms of Use with Nexus’ prior written consent.
16. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Use shall be governed by Swedish law without reference to its choice of law principles, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall exclusively be governed by the Stockholm City Court (Sw. Stockholms tingsrätt).
