Notification settings in Smart ID Digital Access component are the required SMS and email configuration that must be done in order for Digital Access component to be able to distribute messages and information. The notification channels are the communication channels used for, for example, alert, OTP, password and PIN distribution.

Another option is Notification mappings, which are used to configure where to send the activation code for Invisible Token. This is useful if for example the user does not have a phone or if policy dictates that a user is not allowed to create new Invisible Tokens themselves. This setting is only visible when licensed for feature "Invisible Token Additional Channels".

Step-by-step instruction

  1. In Digital Access Admin, go to Manage System.
  2. Click Notification Settings > App Push.
  3. Enter the app push settings.
  4. Click Save.
