This article describes processes and forms in Nexus PRIME and how to configure them.

BPMN processes form the core of data processing in Nexus PRIME, and define which tasks are performed in which order by which users or roles. The BPMN 2.0 standard defines both an intuitive graphic representation of the processes and a unique formal description in XML syntax. BPMN processes can either be created within Nexus PRIME or created in an external tool and then imported into Nexus PRIME.

Configurable forms are used in several ways in PRIME Explorer, for example to view and edit the content of data objects, enter new data and to confirm requests.
