This article describes how an operator reactivates an inactive mobile ID for a user in the Mobile ID package in Smart ID Identity Manager. The Reactivate Mobile ID use case is called automatically if a user gets reactivated. See, for example, Reactivate user. But it can be also used to just set the mobile ID to active.

This use case is disabled by default. To enable it, see Enable the Reactivate virtual smart card use case.
