Main new features

Plus signs supported in incoming requests

The new configuration parameter responder.acceptPlusSignInRequests=true/false can be added to ocsp.conf to make OCSP accept plus signs in incoming requests or not. Default value is false. See section "Specify responder and responses" in OCSP responder section.

Ending space sign in HTTP status-line supported

The new configuration parameter responder.endSpaceInHttpStatusLine=true/false can be added to ocsp.conf to align HTTP responses with RFC9112 by adding a space after the status code. Default value is false. See section "Specify responder and responses" in OCSP responder section.
