Dialog sizing issues in some Windows 7 configurations were fixed.
YubiKey Neo stopped working
YubiKey Neo was not recognized in Personal 4.29.3. It is now fixed. Another change is that Personal is no longer registered as CSP for this card. YubiKey NEO is a PIV card and works natively with Microsoft CSP.
Option names in configuration files are case-insensitive.
Option names are now case-insensitive, for example "option=value" can now be used in place of "Option=value". Values are unaffected.

Reader handling has been improved to work better when using RDP session.
Unique names for PKCS#11 tokens
The Personal PKCS#11 module can generate slot-specific names for tokens when option "P11_TokenLabelWithSlotId" is set to 1. This is now default for Firefox.
SkipReader option for ignoring readers now accepts regular expressions
It is possible to specify readers to be ignored in the SkipReader option using regular expressions, for example "Reader Name.*".
