This article describes how an operator supplies a mobile ID for a user in the Mobile ID package in Identity Manager Operator.
This use case is disabled by default. To enable the use case, see Mobile ID - Start-up guide.
Prerequisites
- The user must be in state "active"
Step-by-step instruction for the operator
- Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
- In the Quick search drop-down list, select Mobile ID.
- Select User in the drop-down menu and select the user that shall have a mobile ID.
Click Supply mobile ID for user.
To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.
Click Next.
Depending on the configuration, there can be options added to the use case, see "Options" below.
To cancel the process:
- Click Cancel to close the process.
- Click Next to proceed with the process.

Options
The options are configured by the administrator via a script in Identity Manager Admin and can be used by the operator and self-service user.
The script already exists with default values, so you only need to change the values as needed, not create the script.
Option: Provide the possibility to select what kind of certificates that should be issued

Option: Provide the possibility to show QR code in Smart ID Self-Service or to send it by email
- Default: true (QR code is shown in Smart ID Self-Service)

- Default: 2 years

- User ID: the email of the user (it could instead be, for example, id number)
- Server name: "Nexus GO Services - Mobile ID"

- Default: Automatic recovery of the latest three encryption certificates in the background
