On April 9, 2018 Nexus updated the technical support system (OTRS). As a consequence of the update you will get an alert about selecting your time zone on the start page of the technical support system. Follow the instructions below to select your time zone.

Expand/Collapse All

 Click Preferences

 Start to type your location in Time Zone and click your location to select time zone

 Click Update to set your time zone

 Your time zone is successfully updated
