Use master accounts in Nexus GO Cards

In Nexus GO Cards order portal 1.0, master accounts can be used to manage accounts for several customers or organizations. Depending on the roles you are given for a certain customer account, you can for example administrate orders and users. 

Prerequisites

You must be a Master account administrator in Nexus GO Cards. 

Switch between customer accounts

1. Click Master account. 
2. Select the customer or organization you want to manage.  
3. Confirm the login by clicking the link: Log in as <your name>.... 
   The portal now displays the orders and details for the selected company or site.
4. To go back to the master account, click Master account again, and then the link on the top: Log out <your name> ....
