How to install the Access Client, a part of Smart ID Digital Access component. |
This article describes how to install the Access Client, which is a part of Smart ID Digital Access component (Hybrid Access Gateway).
When a tunnel resource is available in the application portal (for more information, see Get started with see Digital Access componentapplication portal) and and you want to access that tunnel resource, first click on the link at the top of the application portal to install the Access Client.
- Click the link "Click here to download".
- If your computer is a PC, the Access Client Installer (an .exe file) will be downloaded to your computer. Double click the .exe file to run the installer and follow the instructions.
- If your computer is a MAC, you will be redirected to Apple Appstore to download the Access Client app.
- The link will remain in the application portal even after the Access Client has been downloaded.
