To order an ID06 card, the cardholder must identify themselves. Identification is most easily done over internet with Swedish BankID.
Employees that need ID06 cards, and who do not have Swedish BankID, can in some cases identify personally with passport or national ID. On this page, there is a link to more information (in Swedish):
