When the company is registered and the card orderers appointed, these can order ID06 cards for the company employees. To order cards, follow this instruction: 

Before an ID06 card can be produced, the cardholder must approve the order. To approve an order, follow either of these instructions: 

Employees that need ID06 cards and do not have an eID, can in some cases identify personally with passport or national ID. See Valid passports and national IDs to verify ID06 cards. 

Old cards are deactivated

When a new 2.0 card has been ordered and activated (with the same company information and personal ID number as before), the old 1.0 card will be automatically deactivated within 24 hours from when the new card was activated by the cardholder.
