Nexus GO Signing is a set of cloud services that makes it easy, fast and cost-effective to enable your users to make secure electronic signatures.
How does it work
The signing functionality is based on Nexus' central signing service. One or more signatories can sign PDF documents or other formats, for example XML. Identities for signing can be issued in the Nexus signing portal, or handled by an external identity provider (IdP).
The service creates Advanced Electronic Signatures (AES) and is compliant with eIDAS and ETSI requirements. Documents are signed with one-time key pairs handled in an HSM (Hardware Security Module), and the identity of the signatory is built into the document with a certificate from the service's CA.
Nexus GO PDF Signing is a cloud service that enables your end users to make secure digital signatures on PDF documents. The documents are uploaded to and signed in the Nexus GO PDF Signing Portal.
You can let your users sign documents with any type of credential, by either using the built-in methods Nexus Personal Mobile or Swedish BankID, or connecting to any external identity provider (IdP), such as your corporate directory.
Nexus GO Federated Signing is a web service for remote signing of PDF documents and XML data. The service ensures a high level of privacy and trust, since the documents or data never have to leave the own environment. The service especially suits organizations that handle sensitive data or act on regulated markets, such as bank, finance and public sector. The solution is certified for use in Swedish public sector, according to specifications in the Swedish eID Framework (E-legitimationsnämndens Tekniska Ramverk).
Nexus GO Federated Signing provides secure authentication and remote signing to e-services from various service providers in a federation model.
