In the Nexus support portal there are two ways to sign in. You can sign in using:

  • Nexus Personal Mobile
  • Email and password

If you use the sign in method "Nexus Personal Mobile", you will use your mobile device with the mobile app "Nexus Personal" to verify your identity. You do not need to share your mobile number with Nexus to sign in using Nexus Personal on your mobile device. The activation of Nexus Personal is done by scanning a QR code in the support portal.

The sign in method “Email and password” requires an OTP (one-time-password) in addition to username and password. The OTP is sent to you either by email or SMS.

 Prerequisites for Nexus Personal Mobile

To sign in to Nexus support portal using Nexus Personal Mobile you first need to download and activate the mobile app Nexus Personal on your mobile device. You find the Nexus Personal mobile app on Apple App Store and Google Play.

  1. Download the mobile app Nexus Personal to your mobile device.
  2. Activate Nexus Personal Mobile, see the instructions below.

Activate Nexus Personal Mobile

 Activate Nexus Personal Mobile
  1. Browse to https://support.nexusgroup.com
  2. Select the authentication method you want to use to sign in. With these instructions you sign in using the method "Email and password".
    You can also use an active Nexus Personal Mobile to activate additional mobile devices.
  3. Enter your email address as User Name.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click Sign In.
  6. Enter the OTP you got by email or SMS.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Activate Nexus Personal Mobile.
  9. Click Confirm.
  10. Pick up your mobile device and start Nexus Personal.
  11. Click the icon in the upper right corner to view your profiles.
  12. Click the plus sign (+) to add a new profile.
  13. Scan the QR code in your browser.
  14. Click Activate.
  15. Select a PIN to protect your profile.
  16. Confirm your PIN.
  17. Click Yes if you want to unlock your profile using Touch ID.
  18. Verify your fingerprint.
  19. You are now ready to use Nexus Personal Mobile to sign in at https://support.nexusgroup.com.


Sign in using Nexus Personal Mobile

 Sign in using Nexus Personal Mobile
  1. Browse to https://support.nexusgroup.com
  2. Select the authentication method you want to use to sign in. With these instructions you will sign in using the method "Personal Mobile".
  3. Enter your email address as User Name.
  4. Click Sign In.
  5. Pick up your mobile device and start Nexus Personal.
  6. Compare the images in Nexus Personal and the web browser. The images should be the same
  7. Click Accept if they match.
  8. Enter your PIN or use TouchID to unlock Nexus Personal.
  9. Click Technical Support System.
  10. You are now ready to register or follow up a support ticket.


Set password for "Email and password"

 Set password for "Email and password"
  1. Click on the activation link in your invitation email.
  2. Enter your email address and click Submit.
    You will now receive a reset code by SMS or email.
  3. Enter your reset code in the first form field on the Reset Password page.
  4. Enter your new password in the second form field.
    The password must:
    1. Be at least 10 characters and maximum 17 characters
    2. Contain at least three of the character categories:
      1. Uppercase letters
      2. Lowercase letters
      3. Base digits (0-9)
      4. Special characters
    3. Contain at least two characters from each of the three selected character categories
  5. Confirm your new password in the third form field.
  6. Click Submit.
    You will be notified by SMS or email that your password has been successfully reset.
  7. Click Click here to return to log in page to logon to Nexus support portal using "Email and password".

 Sign in using "Email and password"
  1. Browse to https://support.nexusgroup.com
  2. Select the authentication method you want to use to sign in. With these instructions you will sign in using the method "Email and password".
  3. Enter your email address as User Name.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click Sign In.
  6. Enter the OTP you got in email or SMS.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Click Technical Support System.
  9. You are now ready to create or follow up a support ticket.


Reset password

 Reset password
  1. Browse to https://support.nexusgroup.com
  2. Select the authentication method "Email and password".
  3. Click the Forgot Password? link.
  4. Enter your email address and click Submit.
    You will now receive a reset code by SMS or email
  5. Enter your reset code in the first form field on the Reset Password page.
  6. Enter your new password in the second form field.
    The password must:
    1. Be at least 10 characters and maximum 17 characters
    2. Contain at least three of the character categories:
      1. Uppercase letters
      2. Lowercase letters
      3. Base digits (0-9)
      4. Special characters
    3. Contain at least two characters from each of the three selected character categories
  7. Confirm your new password in the third form field.
  8. Click Submit.
