Only active entitlements can be requested for employees. An activation of an entitlement requires providing two entitlement responsibles.

Logs in to Identity Manager, goes to the SEARCH tab, selects Entitlements and clicks Search. In the result list, clicks on a specific record, and then on Activate Entitlement on the right-hand side. In the activation form, selects the entitlement approval type, and enters or searches for two entitlement responsibles. |
