This article describes how to assign persons to an access group for Physical access in Smart ID Identity Manager.

Standard workflow

	Actor	Action	Option
1	Entitlement Administrator or Entitlement Requester	In Identity Manager, searches for the access group.	-
2	Identity Manager	Displays a form to select one ore multiple persons and assign them to the access groups In case of not selecting any persons, following message will be displayed: Dear user, you haven't assigned a person Please click on 'Select persons' to go back or on 'Close' to close the process.	-
3	Identity Manager	Persons are assigned to the access group	-

In Identity Manager, searches for the access group.

In case of not selecting any persons, following message will be displayed:
