Cards - Manage option to decide how to recover encryption certificates

This article describes how to manage the option to decide how to recover encryption certificates in the use case Issue card in the Cards package. Read more here: Smart ID Workforce use cases

A script in Identity Manager Admin is used to manage the options.

Log in to Identity Manager Admin
  1. Log in to Identity Manager Admin as Administrator.
Manage the option to decide how to recover encryption certificates
  1. In Identity Manager Admin, go to Home > Scripts.
  2. Select the script CardsScriptOptions.
  3. In the script, go to the CardsIssueEncryptionRecoveryForm variable, see the example. By default it is set to false, which means that the three latest encryption certificates are recovered automatically in the background
  4. Example:

    /* 
    Defines if encryption certificate recovery form is displayed for selection during the production of the card.
    Possible options:
     * true  - Encryption certificate recovery form is displayed during production.
     * false(default) - Encryption certificate recovery form is not displayed during production.
    */
    CardsIssueEncryptionRecoveryForm = false

     

  5. In you instead want to select certificates manually, set CardsIssueEncryptionRecoveryForm to true.
  6. Click Save in the upper left corner to save the updated script (or exit without saving if there are no updates).
