This article describes how to create an access group for Physical access in Smart ID Identity Manager.

Prerequisites

Employees need to exist in Identity Manager, since at least one employee needs to be assigned to the access group when it is created.

	Actor	Action	Option
1	Entitlement Administrator	On the start page of Identity Manager, clicks on Create access group.	-
2	Identity Manager	Displays a form where the name of the access group needs to be provided. The provided name is checked for uniqueness. If a message is displayed, such as The access group you want to create, already exists. Please choose another name, then another name has to be provided.	-
3	Identity Manager	Displays another form where at least one employee needs to be assigned to the access groups.	-
4	Identity Manager	Access Group is created and be used in further workflows.	-
