Disable entitlement requests for employee

For each employee, there is a choice if they shall be able to make requests in Smart ID Self-Service or not.

If the employee is already allowed to make requests in Smart ID Self-Service, this workflow describes how to disable them from doing that.

Entitlement requester

Logs in to Identity Manager, goes to the SEARCH tab, selects Employee and clicks Search.

In the result list, clicks on a specific record that has the Identity Status set to ActiveForUSSP. Clicks Disable for Entitlement Requests USSP on the right-hand side.

Identity Manager

Withdraws the role Entitlement Requester Self-Service from the employee.
