Distribute certificate in Certificate Manager to Secunet OCSP Responder
This article is valid for Certificate Manager 8.1 and later.
This article describes how to distribute a certificate to a Secunet OCSP Responder in order to report certificate status for certificates produced by Smart ID Certificate Manager (CM). This task is done in Certificate Controller (CC) in Certificate Manager.
Options
When publishing certificates you may select the procedure to be used. The content of the Action drop down list depends on the publication procedures available in the current configuration. The publication actions are of type Publish - <publication procedure>. If the certificate is revoked, then use a procedure with the 'Secunet OCSP Revocation' publication format, otherwise use the 'Secunet OCSP Publication' format.
To locate the certificate(s), enter the search criteria in the Search pane in the CC user interface in Certificate Manager and click Search. The matching certificates will appear in the upper half of the result pane.
Open the Action drop down list and select the pre-configured publication procedure.
Select one or more certificates in the upper half of the result pane. (Press the Ctrl key on the keyboard to make multiple selections.)
Click Add to move the certificate(s) to the lower half of the result pane.
Click Submit.
Enter your PIN code in Signature PIN.
Click OK.
