Enable person to use mobile ID

A person who needs a mobile ID first needs to be given the self-service role Mobile ID user.

Standard workflow

1Mobile ID administrator

In Identity Manager: Browses for an active person and clicks Enable/Disable for mobile ID.


2Identity Manager

Gives the person the role Mobile ID user so that the person from now on can do self-service mobile ID tasks in Smart ID Self-Service.
