CRED-15762

In Smart ID Self-Service, paging has been introduced for searches. This makes it possible to handle even large result sets without long waiting times for the user. Also a slider with the filters defined in the search configuration is used on main page tables instead of the general search field.

A new parameter "fetchAllEntries" has been introduced in the Execute Search Service Task to use with LDAP searches. See the tool tip when configuring the task in Identity Manager Admin.
