Lock card - Physical ID

If an employee or external card is lost or stolen, the card can be locked, either in Smart ID Self-Service or Identity Manager.

Self-service user

Logs in to Smart ID Self-Service and selects Lock card.

Person contacts Registration officer or Helpdesk, who browses for the person in Identity Manager and selects Lock card.

Locks the card.

Exports the card data to the PACS system.
