Lock entitlement
An entitlement that has been locked can not be used in any processes and can not be unlocked again.
Standard workflow

1 | Entitlement administrator | Logs in to Identity Manager, goes to the SEARCH tab, selects Entitlements in state active and clicks Search. In the result list, clicks on a specific record, and then on Lock Entitlement on the right-hand side. | - |
