This article describes how Nexus GO Cards 1.0 can help you manage your card PINs in an efficient way.
The PIN can be provided manually by the person who places the order, or generated automatically by the system.
If the PIN is automatically generated, a PIN letter is printed out by Nexus on special paper, with the card and PIN issued to the user in two separate packages. Generated PINs and card numbers can be added to the card data report and sent to a SFTP server from where the customer can retrieve the data and enter it into the physical access control system (PACS).
With these features, new employees can get a ready-to-use card with a PIN that is already working at the door.
