Modify server information

If the server IP address, location, description or responsibles have changed, use this process to update the details in Identity Manager. This process can be done with or without approval step.

Standard workflow

1Server administratorStarts the process in Identity Manager and edits the server IP address, location, description, and server responsibles as needed.-
2Server certificate approverApproves the update.No approval step.
3Identity ManagerUpdates the server information.-

Server responsibles

Gets email notification.

If the certificate subject data has changed, asks the Server certificate registration officer to renew the certificate. See the Renew use case below.
