Main new features

Edwards Curves support

Support has been added for Edwards Curves Ed25519 and Ed488 for OCSP response signing and CRL signature verification.

Asynchronous OCSP request forwarding

OCSP requests will now be forwarded asynchronously to all listed URLs for a particular issuer match. The first successful response returned by a responder will be used and propagated to the caller. This will improve the response time in case of a responder in the route table is offline.
