This article describes how to delete PIN/PUK letters from the CM database. This task is done in the Secure Printer (SP) in Certificate Manager .
Prerequisites
This task requires that:

The Secure Printer (SP) is running.

The officer has the following role:
-
Manage PIN letters
-
Delete PIN/PUK letters

One way to delete PIN/PUK letters is to do it in relation to Confirm printing of PIN/PUK letters in Certificate Manager .

You can also delete PIN/PUK letters at any time with Delete letters in the Actions menu in the SP user interface in Certificate Manager .
In either way you must confirm the deletion in the Delete Letters from the Server dialog box.
