CM service release 8.14.2

CIS monitor thread startup exception
The CIS monitor thread now starts correctly when CIS is running as an external service. The CIS monitor thread is responsible for putting the external CIS instance into an non-operational state after a critical error.
Third-party library updates
Third-party libraries have been updated to address vulnerabilities.
Swagger duplicate certificates key
A duplicate certificates key was present in the example response for the /certificates endpoint in swagger.yaml. This caused problems for some Swagger clients. This has now been corrected.
Rename lastSeenCertSerNr parameter in the ListCertificates endpoint
The lastSeenCertSerNr parameter in the ListCertificates endpoint of the CM REST API has been renamed to lastSeenCertId because the parameter contains a certid. This avoids confusion caused by the original parameter name.
The old lastSeenCertSerNr parameter remains supported for backward compatibility but is deprecated. The corresponding CM SDK parameter has also been renamed. Clients should migrate to lastSeenCertId.

ListCertificates API performance improvement - lastSeenCertSerNr
The listCertificates endpoint now supports cursor/seek-based pagination through the new lastSeenCertSerNr parameter, returned in the response of each request. Passing the value back in the following request as lastSeenCertSerNr avoids the performance penalty when using the searchOffset pagination.
The parameter is optional and fully backward compatible with existing clients using searchOffset; it must be used together with orderBy=certid, otherwise it will not behave as expected.
ListCertificates API performance improvement - skipCount
The certificates listing REST API endpoint has been improved. A new 'skipCount' parameter can be used to skip the exact result counting and instead rely on the new 'hasMore' response field to determine if more results are available, which significantly reduces response time for large result sets. See swagger.yaml for more information.
