Configure database for use with Certificate Manager

The database component in Smart ID Certificate Manager (CM) CMDB/JDBC requires one of the following database systems:

Set up Microsoft SQL Server in Certificate Manager
Set up Oracle database in Certificate Manager
Set up PostgreSQL in Certificate Manager
Set up MySQL in Certificate Manager
Set up MariaDB in Certificate Manager
Set up SQLite in Certificate Manager
Set up Azure SQL in Certificate Manager
