PEX-1087	Added support for automatic detection and import of the ID06 card. A general LOA1 certificate will be created when the ID06 card is presented. To import the user LOA2 certificate: Click on the ID06 card in Smart ID Desktop App. Click Load user certificates and the user LOA2 certificate is imported. Enter your PIN code to load the user certificate.

Click on the ID06 card in Smart ID Desktop App.

PEX-1086	Solved an issue with installation of Smart ID Desktop App where it would fail with status code 1603.
PEX-1088	Solved an issue where the remote instruction to quit Smart ID Desktop App after a remote message was incorrectly interpreted.
