To specify which users and roles shall have read access to the template:
- In Identity Manager Admin, go to Home.
- Select an object group from the list on the left hand side, for example Process Designer, and double-click on a Process Design name to open it for editing.
- Go to the Permissions tab.
- Select what to update permissions for in the left side, for example, select Start process.
- In the right hand side you assign or withdraw permission for users and roles to start the process in Identity Manager Operator.
- To add permissions for a user, click the Add user icon and select the user in the drop-down list.
- To add permissions for a role, click the Add role icon and select the role in the drop-down list.
- Click Save.
- For Delete and Update (if present), you allocate permissions to delete and update the configuration object of this process in Identity Manager Admin in a similar way.
