Users
The Smart ID Users package includes a set of best-practice use cases for how to create, deactivate or lock a user, and more, during the full life cycle. The use cases are described in detail and are divided between the roles operator and self-service user.
Users are often managed in the active directory or in a human resource system. User data can be automatically imported into Smart ID Identity Manager in a scheduled process. The best-practice processes for an import is provided in the add-on packages LDAP and CSV.
