Enable the Create default role manually use case
Log in to Identity Manager Admin with your admin user.
Go toHome > Lookup Tables.
Select and edit Default roles.
In theGeneraltab, select "Create default role" in theProcessdrop down list.
ClickSave.

Log in to Identity Manager Operator and clear the cache
Log in to Identity Manager Operator with your user account.
Create default role manually
In theQuick searchdrop-down list, selectDefault roles.
Click Create default role.
To cancel the process, see "Cancel the process" below.
Add a name for the role in the Role name field.
Click Next to create the role.
