Deactivate asset

This article describes how a Workplace asset administrator deactivates an asset in the Workplace package in Smart ID Identity Manager.

Prerequisites

The asset is in state "active".

Step-by-step instruction

Deactivate asset
  1. In Identity Manager Operator, go to the Search page and select Workplace asset from the drop-down list.
  2. Click Search and select an active asset.
  3. Click Deactivate asset.
  4. Add a Reason, or select it from a drop-down list.
    1. Asset data is shown: Name and Description.
  5. Click Next to proceed with the process or Cancel to close the process.
