Deactivate asset | Nexus Documentation

This article describes how a Workplace asset administrator deactivates an asset in the Workplace package in Smart ID Identity Manager.

Prerequisites

The asset is in state "active".

Deactivate asset

In Identity Manager Operator, go to the Search page and select Workplace asset from the drop-down list.
Click Search and select an active asset.
Click Deactivate asset.
Add a Reason, or select it from a drop-down list.
1. Asset data is shown: Name and Description.
Click Next to proceed with the process or Cancel to close the process.
