This article describes how a Workplace certificate agent retrieves a requested certificate in the Workplace package in Smart ID Identity Manager. Depending on if a P10 or a P12 certificate is requested, different forms will be shown.

Prerequisites
There must be approved certificate requests available in the Workplace request list.
Step-by-step instruction
Retrieve certificate
In Identity Manager Operator, go to theSearchpage and selectWorkplace request from the drop-down list.
ClickSearchand select a request in the state "approved".
Click Retrieve certificate.
ClickNext to proceed with the process orCancelto close the process.
