Retrieve certificate

This article describes how a Workplace certificate agent retrieves a requested certificate in the Workplace package in Smart ID Identity Manager. Depending on if a P10 or a P12 certificate is requested, different forms will be shown.

Prerequisites

There must be approved certificate requests available in the Workplace request list. 

Step-by-step instruction

Retrieve certificate

  1. In Identity Manager Operator, go to the Search page and select Workplace request from the drop-down list.

  2. Click Search and select a request in the state "approved".

  3. Click Retrieve certificate.

  4. Click Next to proceed with the process or Cancel to close the process.
