This article describes how to upgrade Smart ID Identity Manager from 5.2.1 to 5.2.2.
ADCS connector update
Updated ADCS connector. SHA1 is no longer supported. Make sure that your infrastructure is still compatible. See Integrate Identity Manager with Microsoft ADCS for details.
PGP Soft Token does not work
PGP Soft Token does not work in Smart ID 23.10.29 or Identity Manager 5.1.3, 5.2.2, and 5.3.3 due to the Bouncy Castle upgrade. It is supported again in Identity Manager 6.x with CM-SDK 8.12.
New permission for Open tasks in Smart ID Self-Service
Access to open tasks in Smart ID Self-Service is now restricted by a permission instead of a UI configuration on Smart ID Self-Service. Remove the setting for open Tasks in docker-compose.yml of Smart ID Self-Service. To enable Open Tasks, add the permission to all Roles that should have access to Open Tasks in Smart ID Self-Service. See Show/hide open tasks in Smart ID Self-Service for details.
Transport-key for card encodings via Smart ID Desktop App mandatory
Use of transport-key for card encodings via Smart ID Desktop App is now mandatory, since all Smart ID Desktop App versions supported by Identity Manager 5.1.0 or later can use it.
Trying to disable it via hermodEncodingService.useTransportKey=false in system properties will show a warning message in the log and is otherwise ignored.
Update of Content Security Policy (CSP) for connections to Card SDK
Update of the CSP for connections to Card SDK. Make sure that the Default Printer defined in Identity Manager Admin is the same as defined in the System Properties (cardSDKConnectorBaseConfig.cardSDKUrl).
