This article describes how to show/hide open tasks for a user in Smart ID Self-Service.
To be able to view open tasks, a dedicated permission is required called “OPEN TASKS: SELF SERVICE” (IDM admin roles section: General Runtime). Without this permission a user cannot see the open tasks.
By default this permission is disabled for all Smart ID Self-Service roles.
