Backup all configuration files in <configuration_root>\configand all key and certificate files in <configuration_root>\certsbefore uninstalling the server components.

Uninstall CM server components
Uninstall CM server components on Windows
Use Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel to uninstall Certificate Manager server components.
Remove manually any files that have been added or created after the installation, since they are not removed during the uninstallation.
Uninstall CM server components on Linux
Run the following command:

Uninstall CM clients
Uninstall CM clients on Windows
