DA-2224

API-support for on-behalf-of registration of FIDO-credentials. This change allows registration of FIDO-credentials by an administrator for an account in DA.

It is now possible to select theme in the Administrator UI. Users can set a custom banner in the Administrator UI, for example for differentiating different DA instances.

Support for 64-bit architecture for Access Point. This version is released as a preview-version and at this time not meant for production. We encourage users to run the 64-bit version of Access Point in controlled environments and share experiences with it.
