Log in to Digital Access Admin with an administrator account.
Repair user link
In Digital Access Admin, go to Manage Accounts and Storage.
Click User Link Repair.
Select the action to be taken. For more information, click the ?-sign.
Click Save.
Auto repair user links
The link between Digital Access user accounts and the directory service can be automatically repaired. To do this, use the default global user account settingAuto Repair.
