This article describes processes and forms in Smart ID Identity Manager. There is also a link to information about and to configure them.
Processes
BPMN processes form the core of data processing in Identity Manager, and define which tasks are performed in which order by which users or roles. The BPMN 2.0 standard defines both an intuitive graphic representation of the processes and a unique formal description in XML syntax. BPMN processes can either be created within Identity Manager or created in an external tool and then imported into Identity Manager.
Forms
Configurable forms are used in several ways in Identity Manager, for example to view and edit the content of data objects, enter new data and to confirm requests.
